What is a "Trauma Scene"? A Trauma Scene is any incident that happens to you or your family at a specific site. The Trauma Scenes AAA Crime Scene deals with involve either a potential health risk or a potential biohazard.

What is a Biohazard? In laymen terms a Biohazard can be anything that could be potentially dangerous such as a suicide scene, a decomposition, a trash house all of theses situations carry a host a potentially dangerous diseases.

How can you get contaminated? Most  contamination happens by direct contact. Meaning you have touched something, or perhaps you are in a situation where the diseases are airborne

What can contamination lead to? Here is a short list of the  26 diseases  .that can be present.

How do you protect your self? Stay out of the area! AAACSSC utilizes Universal Precautions. All crew as well as Family, Property owners, Insurance Adjusters etc. on a job site wear Personal Protection Mask,[ NIOSH 95 ]  Boots [shoe covers] Gloves, Tyvek cover ups www.labsafety.com

How do we do it? AAACSSC uses Hospital Quality Bactericides, Nutra Quats, &  Enzymes to disinfect the incident area as well as the surrounding property. All Contaminated waste [classified as Medical Waste by Ca. Dept. of Health] is handled, removed & disposed of  as required by Ca. Dept. of Health Medical Waste Mgmt Act. AAACSSC procedures to remove [not cover up] the odor of decomposition can save 98% of personal property.

Who pays for the clean up? In most cases government agencies do not pay for trauma scene clean up. Home owners or property owners insurance usually covers the cost of our services as well as the repair of the property. We will work with you and your family  to make this easy as possible.
